Overview

We have put in place policies and procedures to help you, the customer in dealing with situations that may arise with your orders. As in everything in life, things happen, and we want to help you to resolve any issue so that you have a pleasant experience with us.

Please refer to this document and follow any procedures we’ve outlined here that pertains to your issue, to insure that your issue is resolved satisfactorily.

Our products are custom printed per order and as a result, certain procedures need to be taken if issues arise.

If you have a problem with your order after following the procedures outlined in this document, please reach out to us and we will do our best to sort things out for you and resolve your issue.

Refunds and Replacements

We do not offer refunds for things like wrong color, wrong size, ect, or for buyers remorse (you just changed your mind). However, we offer refunds for damaged items not cause by the shipper, or for manufacturing defects.

If you receive an order that has been damaged during shipment by the shipper, you will need to contact the shipper for resolution as we have no control over the shipment and delivery service of your order.

All returned items must be in the condition you received it in. No items that have been installed or modified in any way are accepted.

Personalized signs require a $25 charge for returns and if a refund is requested, $25 will be deducted from the refund instead.

Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order if your item arrives defective or damaged.

For a replacement or refund :
1. Please provide your name and email.
2. Please provide the order number
3. Please provide a clear picture of the wrong/ damaged item.
4. Please confirm if you want a replacement or refund. It’s best to decide that before reaching out to us
because once your request has been received, we can’t change if you decide to change your mind.

If you request a replacement and the replacement has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking link. If you requested a refund, your payment will be refunded to your payment method.

*Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned item.
